What We Need From You:

• Full CeMAP: You are a fully qualified Mortgage Advisor with a clean regulatory record.
• High-Volume Experience: You have a proven track record of high-velocity submissions and thrive in a fast-paced environment. (Minimum 18 months active advise experience)
• Tech-Fluent Mindset: You embrace AI, data, and new workflows to work faster and more accurately.
