Einstein Bros. Bagels in Towson, MD seeks a General Manager to oversee all store operations with a hands-on, ownership mindset. The role starts with early morning baking and continues through the day to ensure the store is audit-ready, orders are fulfilled, and customers have an exceptional experience.

The GM will lead a hands-on team, manage payroll, inventory, and cost controls, and mentor staff for advancement. 18+ years old; 1–3 years GM/ AGM experience preferred; P&L exposure valued.
