Morning Food & Beverage Supervisor

What we are looking for:

An outgoing and professional Food & Beverage Supervisor whohas a desire to help others by providing exceptional customer service to ourguests and takes pride in their work

Shift Time: 6:30AM - 12PM

A glance at what you willdo:

• Supervise your team: servers, hosts, bartenders,Server assistantsand in-roomdining. This includes training, coaching, counseling, scheduling, and motivating your team
• Control operationalexpenses including labor, alcohol and food
• Maintain high levels ofguest satisfaction by creative problem solving, anticipating needs, and lookingfor ways to Surprise and Delight
• Completing AlcoholInventory weekly and monthly
• Ensuring follow throughon all training and brand standards
• Daily and weekly payrollrequirements including evaluating time cards, completing job transfers, andbalancingtips/gratuities
• Ascertain a guestssatisfaction and handle any problem, which may arise informing a manager of theproblem and how it was resolved.

What we require for theposition:

• Must have at least 2years experience in restaurant supervision
• Excellent people skillspossess a positive, outgoing and naturally curious personality
• Ability tofollowallHarbor View Hotel standards policies and procedures
• Ability to workproductively with other employees as part of a teamli>
• Ability to handle obstaclesin a positive and professional manner and to effectively communicate theseproblems, along with suggested solutions
• Legal ability to work inthe US
• Ability to work aflexible workweek including nights, weekends and holidays.
