Join our team as a founding crew member! Tailgaters-Dunkin' at 2810 N. Williamston is not yet open but is actively hiring to train crew members at another Tailgaters location of their choosing.

As a team member, you'll help America run on Dunkin' by expertly preparing food and beverages. Through community, collaboration, and taking life one coffee at a time, you will keep your guests coming back for more. In addition to the typical responsibilities of a barista, you will have the opportunity to learn and operate the Tailgaters side of the business.

Hours:

6am - 12pm

6am - 2pm

5am - 1pm

Must have weekend availability

• Provide excellent guest satisfaction, service speed, and product quality
• Previous experience working in a cafe or quick service restaurant preferred
• Show passion about results by setting compelling targets and delivering on commitments
• Meet safety and sanitation standards
• Anticipate and understand guests' needs and exceed their expectations
• Works well in a team environment
