Position: Pediatric Hospitalist
Location: Naperville
Full Time/Part Time: PRN/Per Diem Moonlighting
Salary: $150/hour. Pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Endeavor Health offers a highly successful pediatric hospitalist program at Edward Hospital in Naperville, IL. PRN/moonlighting, part-time, and full-time Pediatric Hospitalist positions are available. Previous experience is a plus. PHM fellowship trained and Pediatric Residency graduates are encouraged to apply.

We provide Well Newborn Care, Inpatient Pediatric Care, and co‑manage PICU patients with on‑call Pediatric Intensivists. You will work with a breadth of affiliated Pediatric Subspecialists and have access to specialists from the Chicagoland Children’s Health Alliance. Deliveries are primarily attended by our 24‑hour in‑house Neonatologist. In‑house Anesthesia support is present 24‑hours a day. Edward Hospital also has a Pediatric Emergency Department staffed by Board Certified Pediatric Emergency Physicians. We have an on‑campus affiliation with Linden Oaks Behavioral Health to address mental health needs.

Working at a single site in a supportive community creates a close‑knit team. A small group size provides camaraderie. Your schedule will include a mix of 24‑hour and day shifts, offering flexibility.
