The ideal candidate is both a nurturing educator and a strong organizer who enjoys building systems, supporting staff, and creating exceptional experiences for children and families.Montessori Guide ResponsibilitiesLead child-centered learning experiences rooted in Montessori principlesPrepare and maintain a beautiful, engaging classroom environmentFoster independence, curiosity, and social-emotional growthObserve children and adapt lessons to individual developmental needsBuild positive relationships with familiesProgram Coordinator ResponsibilitiesHelp oversee daily program flow and classroom schedulesCoordinate class offerings, materials, and instructor supportCollaborate with leadership on curriculum development and program growthAssist with enrollment communication and parent experienceSupport consistency, organization, and quality across programsQualificationsExperience in Montessori or child-led early childhood environments preferredMontessori training or certification strongly preferred (or willingness to pursue)Experience coordinating programs, teams, or educational environments is a plusStrong organizational and communication skillsWarm, flexible, and growth-minded leadership styleBackground check requiredScheduleFull-time (approximately 35–40 hours/week)Primarily daytime hours with occasional flexibility for events or planningCompensationCompetitive salary based on experienceOpportunity to grow into expanded leadership as the program expands
