To support a nationwide virtual practice, the part-time Montana Licensed Remote Therapist will deliver evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults, design personalized treatment plans, and work collaboratively with a supportive care team while managing documentation efficiently in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient Participate in regular (paid) case consultations Required qualifications Active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent Licensed in Montana Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy Experience working with older adults, seniors, or geriatric populations preferred Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records
