Montana Licensed Remote Therapist

To support a growing virtual mental health practice, the full-time Montana Licensed Remote Therapist will provide outpatient therapy to lower to moderate acuity populations, managing a consistent caseload with minimal administrative burden in a fully remote environment. Key responsibilities Conduct 60-minute intake and follow-up therapy sessions remotely Manage an outpatient caseload with defined goals and no crisis-call responsibilities Make independent treatment decisions while collaborating with clinical leadership for support Required qualifications Independently licensed therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, or equivalent) Active, unrestricted license with two or more independent state licenses (excluding CA, NY, and MA) Experience in outpatient, community mental health, or structured clinical settings Strong clinical judgment and comfort in a fast-paced outpatient environment Experience with structured, skills-based modalities (e.g., CBT, ACT, MI, DBT-informed care) is highly desired
