Monitor TechnicianThe Monitor Technician is responsible for the equipment set up and continuous cardiac observation of telemetry patients at a centralized station. Unlock your potential here!What you will do in this role:Set up telemetry equipment for new admissions according to established procedures.Interpret and document rhythm strips at regular intervals.Report any cardiac arrhythmias or rhythm changes to the primary nurse.Report changes in pulse oximetry data to the primary nurse.Assist in maintaining telemetry supplies.What qualifications you will need:Applicant must successfully complete the monitor technician credentialing process within the first three weeks of employment.Centerpoint Medical Center offers a total rewards package that supports the health, life, career, and retirement of our colleagues.
