We deliver and coordinate a continuum of high-quality healthcare with the goal of improving the health of our communities.QualificationsRequired:High School diploma, GED, or 1-year relevant work experienceSuccessful completion of Arrhythmia recognition and interpretation training prior to completing orientation (ability to test out if prior experience)Must be able to read and understand oral and written instructions, and effectively communicate information in EnglishPreferred:Previous nurse aide, monitor tech, EMT, inpatient unit secretary, or PCT Previous experience performing cardiac monitoringCertified Rhythm Analysis Technician (CRAT) or equivalentCertified BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA)Basic knowledge of ECG interpretation, medical/cardiac terminology preferredProficiency with navigating electronic monitor systemWithin scope of job, requires critical thinking skills with attention to detail, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervisionWe take great care of careers.
