Essentia Health is seeking a Monitor Tech to join our patient-centered care team. In this role, you will continuously observe and interpret cardiac telemetry for multiple patients, promptly recognizing and reporting arrhythmias or significant rhythm changes to nursing and provider teams. You will accurately document rhythms and events, ensure monitoring equipment is functioning, and support a safe environment through diligent alarm management and infection control practices.
