Owning the strategic design and governance of the enterprise monday.com ecosystem, the full-time remote monday.com Solution Architect will collaborate with business leaders to create scalable workflow solutions, ensure platform standards, and lead a Super User community. Key responsibilities Develop and manage the enterprise monday.com architecture, ensuring alignment with business strategy and scalability Partner with cross-functional teams to design effective workflow solutions and optimize end-to-end processes Establish governance standards and lead the Super User community to drive continuous improvement and knowledge sharing Required qualifications Expert knowledge of monday.com Enterprise capabilities and experience in enterprise workflow design Strong understanding of platform governance and architecture principles Experience managing cross-functional transformation initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders Familiarity with integrations, automation, and data structures Ability to work in a global environment and adapt to a dynamic agency setting
