You’ll focus on high-complexity solid-tumor NGS sign‑out (large panels, 100+ targets) that directly impacts patient care across a high-volume network.

What you’ll do
- Primary sign‑out of solid‑tumor NGS cases using large panels (100+ targets) with clear, audit‑ready reports.
- Correlate molecular findings with surgical pathology/FNA where appropriate; contribute to SOPs, QA, and incremental assay improvements.
- Collaborate closely with pathologists, oncologists, and lab ops across a multi‑site network.
Must-have qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO).
- American Board of Pathology certification in Anatomic Pathology and Clinical Pathology.
- Subspecialty certification (or board‑eligibility) in Molecular Genetic Pathology.
- Recent, hands‑on NGS clinical sign‑out experience.
- Ability to be on‑site in Westchester County / NYC metro 3–4 days per week.
Nice to have
- Experience with thyroid/head‑and‑neck workflows and FNA/Bethesda correlation.
- Assay validation/optimization in CLIA/CAP/NYS environments.
