If you know injection molding inside and out — mold changeovers, setup, auxiliary equipment — this is the kind of company where skilled technicians build long careers.$27-$35/hour based on experience, plus differentials.Health Insurance, Dental/Vision, Life Insurance, 401K, PTO/HolidaysOpportunities for skill development2nd & 3rd shifts open, includes pay differentialsExecute scheduled mold changeovers: pull and set injection molds using an overhead crane, prepare tooling for the next production run, and confirm setup before startupSet up all auxiliary equipment associated with each production run — robots, heater boxes, cooling systems, valve gate systems — to achieve standard operating efficiencyPerform color and order changes, including all required line clearance activities, according to the daily production scheduleComplete daily PM checklists on assigned machines and perform simple maintenance and processing adjustments to maintain uptimeInspect molded parts visually throughout the shift to verify quality standards are met before parts move downstreamAssist in training newer team members within the assigned production areaMaintain 5S standards and housekeeping in assigned area; assist with material scanning and movement as neededFollow all LOTO procedures and safety regulations without exceptionHigh school diploma or GED requiredDemonstrated hands-on experience with injection mold changeovers — setting and pulling molds is requiredOverhead crane operation required (certification preferred or must be certifiable)Working knowledge of injection molding machines: operation, setup, and basic maintenanceFamiliarity with auxiliary equipment: robots, cooling systems, valve gate systems, heater boxesUnderstanding of plastic materials and basic hydraulic, electrical, or mechanical systemsForklift operation experience (preferred)Ability to lift up to 100 lbs occasionally; regularly lifts up to 58 lbsAbility to stand and walk for a full shift in a manufacturing environmentMust be available for 2nd or 3rd shift; 1st shift opening also available
