Molding Press Operator - Hutchinson
Location: Cadillac, MI
Hutchinson is currently hiring Molding Press Operators for all shifts at our Cadillac, MI facility. This is a great opportunity to join a leading manufacturing company offering competitive pay and a team-oriented work environment.
Pay Rate
$21.25 per hour
Available Shifts
- 1st Shift: 6:45 AM - 3:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: 2:45 PM - 11:00 PM
- 3rd Shift: 10:45 PM - 7:00 AM
Job Responsibilities
- Operate molding press equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Load and unload materials and components from molding machines
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Trim, assemble, and package molded parts as required
- Monitor equipment performance and report any issues
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all company safety procedures and production requirements
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing or machine operator experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as needed
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
