This opportunity is based on a Machine Operator career path and is being offered by Staffmark to qualified candidates.Education RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GED preferred.Ability to read, understand, and apply work instructions, training manuals, and production documentation.Basic math, communication, and manufacturing skills preferred.Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.Experience RequirementsPrevious experience in injection molding, plastic manufacturing, plastics processing, or production operations preferred.Experience operating injection molding machines and handling plastic components highly desired.Knowledge of quality inspection, part trimming, packaging, and assembly processes.Ability to complete production paperwork, work orders, and manufacturing documentation accurately.Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing or production environment.Understanding of Lean Manufacturing and 5S principles is a plus.Physical CapabilitiesAbility to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive motions throughout the workday.Ability to lift, move, and handle raw materials, molded parts, and finished goods as required.Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for trimming, inspection, assembly, and packaging tasks.Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining quality and safety standards.Ability to maintain focus and attention to detail during repetitive manufacturing processes.Job DutiesOperate and monitor injection molding machines used in the production of plastic components and products.Inspect, trim, assemble, and package molded parts to meet customer specifications and quality requirements.Handle raw materials, work-in-progress inventory, and finished goods throughout the production process.Complete work orders, production records, and related documentation accurately and on time.Follow all company safety policies and promptly report potential safety concerns or hazards.Read, understand, and apply training materials, work instructions, and production procedures.Maintain a clean, organized work area and support 5S and continuous improvement initiatives.Ensure materials, parts, tools, and liquids are properly stored and kept clear of equipment and walkways.Meet productivity, quality, and customer service expectations while supporting team production goals.BenefitsCompetitive Weekly PayComprehensive Benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.Life and Disability Insurance for added peace of mind.Optional 401(k) Plan to help you prepare for the future.Safety-Focused Manufacturing Environment with opportunities for training and advancement."The people are all great hard workers, and they really care about you.
