ResourceMFG is hiring Molding Material Handlers for 2nd Shift! If you have manufacturing experience, a strong work ethic, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain material flow by filling hoppers and dryers
- Prepare materials for production and mold changes
- Empty grinders and manage regrind materials
- Clean loaders, grinders, and related equipment
- Ensure molding machines are ready for startup
- Move materials and finished products throughout the facility
- Operate a forklift safely when required
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Report equipment, safety, or material concerns to leadership
- Support production goals and assist the team as needed
Qualifications:
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- Injection molding experience a plus
- Forklift experience or certification preferred
- Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Basic math and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
