ResourceMFG is now hiring Machine Operators for our Molding Line! This is an 11-month assignment with the potential for permanent placement with a leading manufacturing and production company in Tucson.
Pay Rates
- Day Shift: $18.50/hour
- Night Shift: $19.50/hour
Schedules
Day Shift
- Wednesday: 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM
- Thursday - Saturday: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Night Shift Option 1
- Sunday - Wednesday: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
- Wednesday: 6:00 PM - 12:00 AM
Night Shift Option 2
- Wednesday: 12:00 AM - 6:00 AM
- Thursday - Saturday: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
Responsibilities
- Operate automatic and conventional machinery
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Read and follow company policies and procedures
- Inspect parts and ensure quality standards are met
- Measure, record, and document quality data
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of machine operating or mechanical machine experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work scheduled shifts and production demands
Requirements
- Must be able to pass a Federal Background Check
- Must be able to pass a Hair Follicle Drug Screen
