Looking for candidates with strong mechanical aptitude to learn skills as a mold technician. The right candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude, organization skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication.
This person will work independently, as well as in a team environment, doing all aspects of injection mold preventative maintenance and troubleshooting / problem solving. No prior experience required. We'll train the right person.As a Mold Technician, You Will:Full Disassembly and reassembly of moldsCleaning of mold components (hand and tank processes)Cleaning and changing of ultrasonic wash unit and coolant tanksIn-Press mold preventative maintenancePerform mold component conversions in multi-cavity toolingHousekeeping and 5S activityHydraulic Cylinder Maintenance and RepairRepair of molds for increased cavitation. Problem solving.
