It requires integrity, reliability, and trust.About the RoleAs a Mold Remediation Technician, you'll be part of a team responding to mold, water and property damage jobs in homes and businesses. You'll help restore properties, support customers during stressful situations, and keep our equipment and job sites clean and professional. No two days are the same - this is hands-on, active work with room to grow.What You'll DoPerform mold and water restoration and cleanup work on residential and commercial jobsSet up and maintain containment barriers, negative air machines, air scrubbers, and other remediation equipmentClean, HEPA vacuum, treat, and detail affected areas as directedDocument job activity, moisture readings, drying progress, and equipment usage throughout each projectKeep job sites clean, safe, and professionalMaintain company vehicles, tools, and equipmentCommunicate clearly with your supervisor, office staff, and teammatesFollow safety procedures, uniforms, and company standardsTreat customers with respect and empathy during difficult situationsRequirements:NYS Mold License and/or IICRC AMRTStrong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learnComfortable with physical labor in real-world environments (heat, humidity, tight spaces), lifting 50+ lbs and being on your feet most of the dayCalm, respectful presence in customer homes and commercial sitesValid driver's license and acceptable driving recordAvailable for on-call and occasional weekend workNo prior restoration experience?
