Maintaining a clean, safe work area.Essential Duties, Responsibilities and Job Requirements:Assures product is molded in a timely manner by following the schedule and lot sheets as assignedMaintains quality molded parts through inspect.
Will report sub quality parts to the shift supervisorReports machine or robot issues to the shift supervisorFollows all BES ISO proceduresAssists in mold changes through the empting of grinders, the vacating of old product, and setting up the work station for the next runCompletes paperwork as requiredActively participates in continuous improvements within the molding department.Works in a safe manner following the BES safety policyMaintains a clean and organized work areaMonitors and reports scrap to the shift supervisorAssists in minor mold setupsExperience and General Skills Required:Demonstrated great attitude, exceptional attendance, and initiativeOrganized, reliable, detail oriented, able to multi-task, and work effectively in a team.Good organizational skills with focus on accuracyQuick learner and independent decision makerContinuous improvement orientatedEducation Requirements: NonePhysical Requirements: Prolonged standing and walking. Some lifting (not to exceed 50 lbs.) is required. Some daily computer work is required.
