This is an associate to hire opportunity.Mold Operator Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:Operate injection molding machines according to work instructions and production schedulesLoad and unload parts from molds and machinesPerform visual and basic dimensional inspections to ensure product qualityIdentify and report defects, machine issues, or material concerns to the supervisorComplete required production and quality documentation accuratelyPerform basic machine adjustments and minor troubleshooting as trainedMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaFollow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and company policiesAssist with material handling and packaging of finished products as neededMold Operator Requirements:- Previous manufacturing or molding experience preferred (training provided) - Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks - Basic mechanical aptitude and attention to detail - Ability to read work instructions and follow quality standards - Strong attendance and reliability - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Ability to lift up to 15-30 pounds as needed - Frequent standing, bending, and reaching - Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with machines and noiseQPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
