This position is a key member of a great team that enables production.Available Shifts & Pay Details:2nd ShiftSchedule: Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PMPay: $18.00/hr + $1.00/hr shift differential3rd ShiftSchedule: Monday to Friday, 11:00 PM – 7:00 AMPay: $18.00/hr + $1.50/hr shift differentialEssential Job FunctionsOperate all machinery associated with production needsLoad and unload machinesPerform simple sub-assembliesQuality inspecting all partsMake boxes and package productsMaintain raw material supply to machinesRotate between work centers on a daily basisKeep equipment clean and maintain an orderly work centerLearn to operate automation and robotic equipmentComplete all employee training as well as participate in LEAN Kaizen events (E.g.
