Sanford Health is seeking a BC/BE Mohs Surgeon to join its established practice in Fargo, ND. This role offers a unique opportunity to begin with a 50% general dermatology and 50% Mohs surgery caseload, with the potential to transition to 100% Mohs. The position involves a combination of flexible outpatient clinic work and inpatient consult services, supported by a successful team of dermatologists and advanced practice providers.

Responsibilities
- Provide consultative services
- Evaluate, diagnose, and provide nonsurgical and surgical care to patients of all ages

Requirements
- M.D. or D.O. degree
- Successful completion of a hospital affiliated residency in Dermatology of at least 4 years' duration (transitional year + 3 years' dermatology residency) accredited by the ACGME, the American Osteopathic Association (AOA) or the Royal College of Physician and Surgeons of Canada
- Certification by the appropriate specialty board of the American Board of Medical Specialties (ABMS), the American Osteopathic Association (AOA) or the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, as applicable
- If not board certified at the time of application but completed residency within the last five years, must achieve board certification within five years from the date of completion of residency training (unless waived)
- Experience can be demonstrated by providing residency or fellowship log (for recent graduates)
- Experience can be demonstrated by providing a quality profile from hospital(s) where privileges are held, showing clinical activity for the past 24 months, including at least 100 Dermatology procedures (for those not applying directly out of residency)
- Experience can be demonstrated by providing documentation of clinical activity for the past 24 months, including at least 100 Dermatology cases (if quality profile is unavailable)
