Mohs Surgeon

Sanford Health is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Dermatologist with expertise in Mohs Surgery to join their well-established Dermatology practice in East Grand Forks, MN. This role offers an excellent work-life balance within a busy practice, operating from a new, beautifully designed clinic. The position provides an opportunity to deliver a full range of dermatologic services in a supportive community setting.

Practice Info

• Join a busy, well-established Dermatology practice.

• Current staff includes four nurse practitioners between East Grand Forks and Grand Forks.
• Full range of dermatologic services available.

Responsibilities

• Perform history and physical examination.
• Provide consultative services.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and provide nonsurgical and surgical care to patients of all ages.

Compensation

• Compensation floor of $750,000 for the first two years of the employment contract, plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs.
• $200,000 retention incentive to be paid if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 3 years.

Requirements

• M.D. or D.O. degree.
• Active involvement in at least 100 Dermatology procedures in the last 24 months (for applicants not directly out of residency).
• Successful completion of a hospital-affiliated residency in Dermatology of at least 4 years' duration accredited by the ACGME, the American Osteopathic Association (AOA), or the Royal College of Physician and Surgeons of Canada.
• Certification by the appropriate specialty board of the American Board of Medical Specialties (ABMS), the American Osteopathic Association (AOA), or the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, as applicable.
• If not board certified at the time of application but completed residency within the last five years, must achieve board certification within five years from the date of completion of residency training.
