Owning the end-to-end documentation and improvement of model development processes, the remote Model Process Manager will create consistency across business verticals, enhance pipeline visibility, and drive operational improvements in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities Develop and maintain the process playbook for model development and related approval flows across all verticals Establish a centralized view of all models in flight and ensure clear handoff documentation at every stage Act as the operational point of contact for credit and model risk management oversight Required qualifications 3+ years of experience in process improvement, project coordination, or program operations in financial services or data-heavy environments Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams Proven track record of documenting and improving processes by identifying root causes and implementing sustainable fixes Experience in calibrating escalations to leadership appropriately Strong written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clarity in ownership, status, and next steps
