Model Designer: Shape Human‑Centered AI Collaboration

Thinking Machines in San Francisco is seeking a Model Designer to shape how our models read intent, act, and learn in collaboration with people. You will work with researchers to predict model behavior and design interfaces that invite oversight and feedback while preserving human judgment at the center of the experience.

You’ll manage multiple projects on tight timelines, build thoughtful defaults, and help define what good looks like through evaluations.
