Model Based System Engineer

We have an outstanding Contract position for anSystems Engineerto join a leading Company located in theGrand Rapids, MI surroundingarea.

US Citizenship is required.

Candidate must possess an Active Secret Security Clearance.

Model Based Systems Engineering Support for Architecture Development of a Data at Rest (DAR) device.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  Populating a requirement trace matrix

  n
n
• n

  Writing requirement compliance statements

  n
n
• n

  Drafting portions of systems documentation

  n
n
• n

  Analyze Requirement PRs and draft resolutions

  n
n
• n

  Other assignments as needed

  n
n

Basic Hiring Criteria:

n
• n

  Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Aerospace or Systems Engineering from an accredited College or University.

  n
n
• n

  Ability to work with cross functional teams in a classified environment

  n
n
• n

  U.S. Citizen

  n
n
• n

  Possesses a SECRET US security clearance

  n
n
• n

  Networking Device Experience

  n
n
• n

  Strong Cameo experience -specfically tracing in requirement database, modeling internal interfaces, creating diagrams based on a defined metamodel.

  n
n
• n

  Ability to read technical specifications and review against certification requirement documentation.

  n
n
• n

  Familiarity with avoinics principles (types of memory, common signals, profiles).

  n
n
• n

  Basic python programming experience is desired

  n
n
• n

  Ability to multi-task and prioritize work in a dynamic environment.

  n
n
• n

  Able to self-prioritize work assignments in a manner that maximizes team effectiveness and project efficiency

  n
n
• n

  Ability to execute against complex and dynamic objectives with minimal oversight

  n
n
