About the Role
We help families stay safe and independent in their homes by providing mobility and accessibility solutions. As a Mobility Consultant, you’ll meet with families in their homes, understand their needs, and recommend solutions that improve safety, comfort, and independence.
This is a consultative, relationship-based sales role—not high-pressure selling.
What You’ll Do
- Meet with families in their homes to assess mobility and safety needs
- Take measurements, photos, and simple sketches to design solutions
- Recommend appropriate mobility products and provide estimates
- Guide customers through options with empathy and clarity
- Manage the full sales process from consultation to installation handoff
- Build relationships with referral partners (healthcare providers, agencies, community organizations)
- Follow up with customers and ensure a smooth experience from start to finish
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects are completed as promised
What We’re Looking For
- Sales, customer service, or consultative experience (in-home sales a plus)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Enjoys meeting new people and working with families
- Comfortable working independently and managing a schedule
- Basic understanding or comfort with construction/home environments
- Strong follow-through and organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to spend significant time in the field visiting homes

- $68K - $80K - Base Salary plus commission
