Medstaff Group is currently seeking a dependable and experienced Mobile X-Ray Technologist for a full-time opportunity serving healthcare facilities throughout Queens, NY . This role offers a consistent schedule, competitive compensation, and the ability to work independently while providing essential diagnostic imaging services directly to patients.
Responsibilities

• Travel throughout Queens to perform portable X-ray examinations at nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and other healthcare settings.
• Safely operate portable digital radiology equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images.
• Position patients appropriately and explain procedures to ensure comfort and cooperation.
• Adhere to all radiation safety standards and infection control protocols.
• Maintain accurate documentation and complete all required reports.
• Conduct routine equipment checks and report any maintenance issues.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations.
• Provide professional and compassionate patient care while representing Medstaff Group with excellence.

Qualifications

• ARRT Certification required.
• Active New York State Radiologic Technologist License.
• Experience with portable/mobile X-ray preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a daily travel schedule.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must meet all state vaccination requirements.
