Mobile Wound Care NP/PA — Four-Day Week, High Earnings

North Valley Specialty Group (NVSG) is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to deliver advanced wound care in the Sacramento region. This field-based role includes a dedicated wound care technician and full administrative support for scheduling, billing, and documentation.

You will travel daily to skilled nursing facilities and homebound patients, perform wound care, assess and plan treatments, document in the EMR, and collaborate with facility staff and families.
