Protocol Testing EngineerDebug and perform engineering testing services for wireless clients utilizing wireless testing specified equipment to perform required tests. Maintain the test platforms CTIA/ PTCRB/GCF and build knowledge on platforms by updating systems and isolating issues then communicating with test equipment service. Conduct testing in accordance with wireless testing procedures, maintaining the highest standards of service delivery that ensures effective customer relations. Ensure completion of all projects and relevant documentation in accordance with required procedures and standards to fulfill CTIA/PTCRB/GCF requirements.
Assist in maintaining ISO 17025 accreditation to ensure the highest quality of service to clients.
