Tech Lead : Responsible to drive reliability, observability, and operational excellence for mobile (iOS & Android) applications. This role will lead a cross-functional team, define technical strategies, and ensure robust monitoring and incident management practices.
- Lead design and implementation of monitoring, alerting, and reliability frameworks for native Android (Kotlin/Java) and iOS (Swift/Objective-C) apps.
- Define SLIs/SLOs for mobile and web platforms.
- Oversee proactive monitoring scripts and dashboards for application health.
- Guide RCA processes and ensure preventive measures are implemented.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and DevOps teams to embed reliability into SDLC.
- Mentor team members and ensure knowledge sharing through documentation and KBs.
- Drive DevOps maturity assessment and roadmap execution.
Required Technical Skills
- Expertise in Azure Application Insights, Azure Monitor, and observability tools.
- Strong scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, Node.js).
- Deep understanding of native Android and iOS architectures, app lifecycle, and crash handling.
- Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, and incident management workflows.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native automation.
