MedStaff Group is recruiting on behalf of a growing mobile diagnostic imaging organization seeking experienced Sonographers / Ultrasound Technologists to provide portable ultrasound services throughout Brooklyn, Long Island, and Staten Island.
This is an excellent opportunity for a sonographer who enjoys working independently, traveling between facilities, and delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging directly to patients in long-term care and healthcare settings.
Responsibilities

• Perform portable ultrasound examinations at multiple healthcare facilities
• Obtain high-quality diagnostic images while ensuring patient comfort and safety
• Accurately document studies and communicate findings to interpreting physicians
• Travel between assigned facilities throughout the day
• Maintain ultrasound equipment and follow all imaging protocols and regulatory standards

Requirements

• Active ARDMS certification required
• New York State license (if applicable)
• Experience performing multiple ultrasound modalities
• Strong patient care and communication skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently in a mobile environment

Preferred Experience

• Vascular Ultrasound
• Abdominal Ultrasound
• General Diagnostic Ultrasound
• Experience working in skilled nursing facilities, rehabilitation centers, or outpatient settings
