It's an opportunity to stabilize families, strengthen communities, and drive meaningful change across Hamilton County.Compensation and Benefits$75,000 salaryComprehensive health, dental, and vision insuranceHSA or FSA accounts with matchRetirement plan (403b) with matchTuition assistance & Public Service Loan Forgiveness eligibilityGenerous PTO and paid holidaysLicensure supervisionCompany-issued iPhone & laptopMileage reimbursementQualificationsMaster's degree in Social Work or related human services fieldActive Ohio licensure (LISW, LPCC, or LMFT)Leadership experience in behavioral health or crisis services strongly preferredStrong clinical expertise in crisis intervention, family systems, and trauma-informed careAbility to lead with both strategy and empathyExcellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsWillingness to travel across service counties to support your teamResponsibilitiesAs Program Manager, you will lead both the clinical excellence and operational success of the MRSS program:Provide strong clinical and administrative supervision to a team of therapists and crisis respondersCoach, train, and develop staff to deliver high-quality, family-centered careBuild and maintain strong partnerships with community providers, schools, and stakeholdersOversee program performance and outcomes, including productivity, quality metrics, and continuous improvement effortsDrive data-informed decision-making to improve services and expand impactCollaborate across Best Point programs to ensure continuity of careWork Environment:The Community Based team provides community-based/in-home services that are headquartered in an office environment.

Must be able to provide community-based/in-home services a by operating own vehicle. Exposed to a combination of office, school and mental health treatment environments. Exposed to children with behavior problems.
