Job Details
- The candidate/phlebotomist is responsible for obtaining vitals, drawing blood, urine, EKG, and medical history.
- The candidate will travel to the patient’s location for appointments.
- Paid per appointment/event, this is not an hourly or salary‑paid position.
- Bi‑Weekly Pay.
- Some travel expenses are covered depending on the location of the appointment.
Minimum Requirements
- Proven experienced phlebotomist.
- Valid driver's license.
- Valid Auto Insurance.
- Excellent customer service & communication skills.
- Knowledge regarding HIPAA/PHI law.
- Detail‑oriented/sound organizational skills.
- Professional, responsible, and self‑starter with excellent attention to detail and good penmanship.
- Reliable transportation is a must.
- Must be computer proficient, have internet access, and a printer/scanner: to print, scan and upload completed documents.
