Base pay range: $30.00/hr - $32.00/hr.

Job Details
- The candidate/phlebotomist is responsible for obtaining vitals, drawing blood, urine, EKG, and medical history.
- The candidate will travel to the patient's location for appointments.
- Paid per appointment/event; this is not an hourly or salary‑paid position.
- Bi‑weekly Pay.
- Some travel expenses are covered depending on the location of the appointment.
Responsibilities
- Travel to specified locations to obtain samples as required.
- Disinfect extraction sites using alcohol swabs.
- Gather mandatory information from patients and verify their identities.
- Obtain vitals, blood, urine, EKGs, and medical history.
- Accurately label all samples.
- Maintain accurate patient records, including detailing any medical issues experienced during venipuncture that may affect test results.
Minimum Requirements
- Proven experienced phlebotomist.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Valid auto insurance.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Knowledge regarding HIPAA/PHI law.
- Detail‑oriented and sound organizational skills.
- Professional, responsible, and self‑starter with excellent attention to detail and good penmanship.
- Reliable transportation is a must.
- Must be computer proficient, have internet access, and a printer/scanner to print, scan, and upload completed documents.
