This position combines customer service, sales, and hands-on technical work.
Mobile Operations Technicians work alongside a team of 3-4 technicians at retail partner locations, helping customers with automotive key replacement services while creating a positive and professional experience.What You'll DoServe as the face of the company at retail partner locations.Engage customers, identify their needs, and recommend the appropriate key duplication or replacement solution.Deliver exceptional customer service that drives repeat business and customer satisfaction.Educate customers on products, services, pricing, and available options.Process transactions using tablets, mobile applications, and point-of-sale systems.Support team sales goals through strong customer engagement and relationship-building.Represent the company professionally and maintain positive relationships with retail partners.Learn to cut, duplicate, and program automotive keys, fobs, and remotes.Test completed keys to ensure functionality and accuracy.Assist with inventory management, equipment maintenance, and daily mobile operations.Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace within the mobile service environment.Support teammates during busy periods and collaborate to deliver excellent customer experiences.No locksmith or technical experience required. We're looking for customer-focused professionals with strong communication skills, sales aptitude, and a desire to learn.
