Securitas is seeking a Mobile Operations & Dispatch Supervisor to lead field-based mobile patrol and dispatch activities. In this role, you will coordinate officers, assign mobile routes, monitor radio and dispatch traffic, and ensure prompt response to incidents across client sites. You’ll oversee scheduling, conduct quality checks, review incident reports, and support training to uphold our standards of safety, integrity, and professionalism.
Working closely with clients and officers, you’ll balance service delivery, compliance, and customer satisfaction while helping develop a high-performing security team.
