Mobile Maintenance Operative
nMeridian are working with a well-established M&E contractor that are growing their regionalised FM team and are looking for a Mobile Maintenance Electrician to cover the South Wales and Bristol areas. This role will involve supporting Engineers on various FM and PPM of commercial projects in these areas, and offers a full, competitive package alongside additional earning potential.

Construction or M&E experience
nPrevious FM/PPM experience, ideally on commercial projects
nFull UK Driving Licence - there will be travel involved in this role
nNo specific qualification or card required, open to different trade backgroundsDuties include (but are not exclusive to):
Assisting with planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across building systems
nCarrying out basic fault finding and diagnostics on low-voltage (LV) and mechanical systems
nAssisting with emergency lighting testing and minor repairs
nUndertaking general property repairs and basic maintenance tasks
nHelping to keep site and plant room areas clean, tidy, and operational
nSupporting basic electrical maintenance and the removal of faulty equipment
nCarrying out small, independent installation works and remedial repairs
nEnsuring compliance with on-site health & safety procedures
nCompleting job reports and updating CAFM systems with completed works
nLiaising with clients, site managers and engineers to ensure the smooth completion and handover of work
