To drive the development of modern, scalable, and user-centric cross-platform mobile applications for iOS and Android, the full-time Mobile Lead Developer will lead design and delivery efforts while mentoring a team of mobile engineers in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Lead the design, development, and delivery of cross-platform mobile applications Define and enforce mobile architecture, coding standards, and best practices while mentoring mobile engineers Collaborate with UX/UI, Product, Backend, and QA teams to ensure high-quality solutions and oversee the release process Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field 7-10 years of experience in mobile development, with at least 2-3 years in a lead role Strong proficiency in Flutter and Dart, or React Native and TypeScript Proven experience shipping and maintaining production cross-platform applications on both the App Store and Google Play Solid understanding of mobile architecture patterns and mobile security best practices
