WSi Healthcare Personnel is seeking a dedicated Home Health Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality therapy to patients in their homes across the Northern part of Colorado, 1–2 days per week.
You will assess patients, design personalized treatment plans, and implement evidence-based therapies to help them regain mobility, independence, and overall wellness in a mobile outpatient setting with Part B–only documentation.
