Leading a core team of mobile engineers, the full-time remote Engineering Manager, Mobile will oversee the development of iOS and Android applications, ensuring high-quality and reliable customer-facing features while collaborating across multiple product pillars. Key responsibilities Lead, develop, and grow a team of mobile engineers, setting high standards for engineering quality and collaboration Partner with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver customer-facing mobile features while maintaining alignment with AI and other product initiatives Raise the reliability and quality standards of the core phone experience on mobile, differentiating Quo from competitors Required qualifications Some experience leading a mobile engineering team or transitioning from a senior individual contributor role to management Strong technical background in mobile engineering to earn the team's trust and engage in technical decision-making Experience collaborating across multiple teams and stakeholders in a fast-paced product environment Track record of delivering results with a focus on quality and reliability Strong communication and leadership skills, with a genuine interest in developing engineers
