Role Description
Build mobile experiences that support real clinical work in the field, including mobile client architecture, offline-aware behavior, and tight integrations with backend systems.
Compensation
- Base salary: $160,000 - $300,000 depending on experience and level.
- Annual performance bonus: 8% - 20% of base.
- Equity: meaningful equity grant on a standard vesting schedule.

Qualifications
- Strong experience building and shipping mobile applications on iOS, Android, or both.
- Comfortable designing mobile client architecture, networking, and performance-sensitive UI.
- Able to work closely with backend systems and design APIs that support strong mobile workflows.
- Good instincts around latency, offline behavior, sync, and mobile reliability.
Preferred
- Experience with Swift, Kotlin, React Native, Flutter, or similar stacks.
- Familiarity with push notifications, background processing, or device permissions.
- Experience building apps used in healthcare or field operations.
