Client seeks Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for contract assignment October 5-December 31 at their Corporate Health clinic in Austin, MN. Provider will see ages 2 and up for Primary Care, acute episodic care, physicals, and wellness visits including well woman and well child care, and chronic illness management. Clinic hours are Monday-Friday, 6:45am-7:15pm with a 30-minute lunch break. Provider will work 3 days per week on a rotating schedule - week 1 is Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and week 2 is Wednesday, Thursday, Friday. Clinic is staffed with other Nurse Practitioners, clinical support LPN/MA, receptionist, a Care Management RN, a Health Center Manager, and a Physical Therapist. Provider should be Board Certified and have 2+ years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty to qualify for this assignment. Epic EMR experience preferred.
