Providing advanced operational support for Managed Machine Identity Security Services, the full-time MMIS Engineer will independently execute certificate lifecycle management tasks, engage with clients, and contribute to automation and service improvement initiatives in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Monitor and action incoming incidents from ServiceNow Process certificate lifecycle requests including issuance, renewal, and revocation Perform routine PKI maintenance and system health checks while participating in client meetings Required qualifications 2+ years of experience in PKI or certificate management environments Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience Hands-on PKI experience including ADCS and CA administration Intermediate PowerShell scripting and OpenSSL/certtool usage Experience with CLM platforms (Venafi, CyberArk, Keyfactor, DigiCert) preferred
