Supporting the Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) in a fully remote capacity, the MLO Licensed Loan Partner will manage administrative and operational tasks throughout the mortgage loan process, ensuring accurate and timely processing while providing exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities Assist the MLO with loan processing functions, including organizing borrower documentation and conducting preliminary research for mortgage eligibility Coordinate and schedule signing appointments, ensuring effective communication with borrowers and relevant parties Prepare loan files for submission, maintaining accurate records and supporting the MLO's marketing efforts through database updates Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; 2-4 year college curriculum preferred Two years of experience in administrative assistance, clerical work, or customer service, preferably in the mortgage banking industry Active MLO Originator License approved via NMLS Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with the Encompass loan origination system Knowledge of Conventional, FHA, and VA mortgage products and current RESPA laws and guidelines
