Affirm is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the ML Training & Serving team. You will partner with senior ICs and leadership, shape the roadmap, and ensure the platform reliably supports Affirm’s ML priorities. This role is remote US.
You will grow a team of platform engineers, balance reliability and cost, and drive ML infrastructure across training, deployment, and GPU workflows, with opportunities to influence architecture.
