Conagra Brands is hiring a Mixer Lead for our Indianapolis bakery on third shift. In this on-site role, you will lead all mixing operations to safely produce consistent, high-quality doughs and batters for our iconic food brands. You’ll set up and operate industrial mixers, verify ingredients and batch records, and adjust processes to meet quality, yield, and throughput targets.
The Mixer Lead coordinates the team, trains operators, and partners with Quality and Maintenance to resolve issues. You will champion GMPs, food safety, and sanitation while driving continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
