Mitigation Technician / Lead Technician in Training

Mitigation TechnicianPaul Davis Restoration of NJ Delaware Valley is a locally owned and rapidly growing restoration company serving South Jersey. We help homeowners and businesses recover from water, fire, mold, storm, and other property damage. We are looking for a dependable, motivated Mitigation Technician who enjoys hands-on work, solving problems, and helping customers during challenging situations.

This position is ideal for someone with restoration, construction, cleaning, or other field-service experience who wants to build a long-term career in the restoration industry.What You'll Do:Respond to residential and commercial water, fire, mold, and storm damage lossesPerform water extraction, demolition, structural drying, cleaning, and mold remediationSet up and monitor air movers, dehumidifiers, air scrubbers, and other restoration equipmentTake moisture readings, photographs, and document work using company softwareCommunicate professionally with customers throughout the restoration processMaintain clean, organized, and properly stocked company vehicles and equipmentParticipate in an on-call rotation for emergency lossesWork closely with the Mitigation Manager and other team members to complete projects safely and efficientlyDevelop the skills necessary to independently lead mitigation projects and crewsWhat We're Looking For:Valid driver's license and acceptable driving recordAbility to lift up to 75 lbs. and perform physically demanding workStrong work ethic and attention to detailGood communication and customer-service skillsAnticipated Working Hrs 8 am - 4:30 pmAbility to work on call during evenings, weekends, and overtime when emergency work requires itWillingness to learn and earn industry certificationsRestoration, construction, mold remediation, cleaning, or similar field experience is preferred but not requiredIICRC WRT, ASD, AMRT or other restoration certifications are a plusWhat We Offer:$18–$25 per hour, based on experience and certificationsPaid training and company-paid industry certificationsPaid time offCompany uniformsOvertime opportunitiesCareer advancement into Lead Technician, Crew Chief, Project Management, and Mitigation Management rolesA growing local company where strong performers have the opportunity to take on more responsibilityAt Paul Davis, our values are simple:Deliver What You Promise, Respect the Individual, Have Pride in What You Do, and Practice Continuous Improvement.If you take pride in your work, enjoy working with a team, and want an opportunity to grow into a restoration professional, we'd like to hear from you.Paul Davis Restoration of NJ Delaware Valley is an Equal Opportunity Employer and proudly supports veterans.Compensation: $18.00 - $25.00 per hourSince 1966, Paul Davis has been an industry leader in the areas of property damage mitigation, reconstruction and remodeling.
